Kaduva is a 2022 Tamil action-thriller movie. Shaji Kailas is the director of the movie. Prithviraj Sukumaran is playing the lead role. The movie has its screenplay written by Jinu V. Abraham. Kaduva also stars Vriddhi Vishal, Samyuktha Menon, and Vivek Oberoi in other lead roles. Kaduva is produced by Supriya Menon and Listin Stephen under the banner Prithviraj Productions and Magic Frames. Sujith Vaassudev and Abinandhan Ramanujam is working as a cinematographer for Kaduva. Movie Story

The movie set in the backdrops of late 1990s revolving around the life of a young rubber planter from Kottayam and his rivalry with a high ranking Police officer. Prithviraj plays the role of Kaduvakkunnel Kuruvachan based on his life story. The movie caught with controversies as the story of the film said to have resemblances to Suresh Gopi’s upcoming Ottakomban movie. Finally when the court verdict come in positive for the Prithviraj Sukumaran starrer and the movie gearing up for its theatrical release on June 30th, again another mishap struck ‘Kaduva movie’ makers announced on the last day that the film’s release was postponed to July 7th, 2022.

Prithviraj Sukumaran accompanied by the leading lady of the film Samkyutha for the promotions in Hyderabad. He  also released the Telugu teaser at the pre-release press meet. The actors interacted with Telugu media. Prithviraj Sukumaran was in Chennai for the promotions and interacted with Tamil media.
